1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a class, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. Certain classes may have higher age requirements. Kids & Family workshops require guardian consent.

3. Purchases and billing

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Payment is due at checkout; enrollment is confirmed upon receipt.
• Taxes and fees, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Full refund if canceled 72 hours before the first session.
• 50% credit if canceled within 72 hours but before the first session.
• No refunds after the first session has commenced, except where required by law.

5. Studio conduct and safety

Follow instructor guidance, wear appropriate clothing, tie back long hair, and use wet-cleaning methods. We may remove participants who endanger others or disrupt classes.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, class materials, and curriculum are owned by FreshPeak Clayworks or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant class.

8. Changes to services

We may update class schedules, instructors, or curriculum. If a class is canceled, you will receive a refund or equivalent credit at your choice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
